Please contact them directly regarding their own return policy. We do not provide refunds or replacements for products purchased outside of our U.S. web store at nutiva.com. You must abide by the return and replacements policies set in place by the authorized retailer you have made your purchase through. 

If they don’t take care of you, we may be able to provide you with an in-store coupon. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, a coupon is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
