Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Manna Drizzle Ingredients 1 cup Organic Coconut Flour1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk5 eggs1/3 cup maple syrup1/4 cup Organic Shortening1/4 cup canned pumpkin1.5 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice1 Tbsp + 2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp lemon juice1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 cup Organic Coconut Manna1 Tbsp Organic Liquid Coconut Oil Instruction Muffins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2. Line a 12-count cupcake holder with liners (or coat very well with oil / spray).3. Place all dry ingredients in one bowl. Stir, and set aside.4. Place all wet ingredients and beat together by hand (or with a handheld or immersion blender).5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir together by hand.6.
