Who doesn’t celebrate fall with an Apple Pie of some sort? We created a new way for you to enjoy this fall staple with our Perfect Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl!
1 banana, cut into slices and frozen
1/4 c. yogurt
1 c. almond milk, or milk of choice
2 tbsp. Organic Chia Seed
1/4 c. raw pecans
1 c. apples, chopped and frozen
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pinch ground ginger
1. Cut banana into slices and freeze.
2. Chop apples and freeze.
3. Place all ingredients in a blender.
4. Blend on high until completely blended together.
