A nice combination of chocolate and cranberry blended together to create a powerful smoothie bowl.
½ c. raw almonds, soaked for at least 30-minutes prior
1 banana, cut into slices and frozen
1/2 c. yogurt
1 c. coconut milk, or milk of choice
1/4 c. fresh cranberries, frozen
2 tbsp. coconut sugar
1. Cut banana into slices and freeze.
2. Soak almonds for at least 30-minutes. Drain.
3. Place all ingredients in a blender.
4. Blend on high until completely blended together.
