A fun, festive, fall Carrot Cake Smoothie Bowl to satisfy all your Carrot Cake cravings!
1/2 c. raw walnuts
1 banana, cut into slices and frozen
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. almond milk, or milk of choice
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 dates, pitted and chopped
1. Cut banana into slices and freeze.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender.
3. Blend on high until completely blended together.
