- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup riced cauliflower
- 1/2 cup banana
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1.5 cups coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp Organic Coconut Manna
instructions
1. Place blueberries, cauliflower, banana, and kale in a Stasher Bag.
